Mandeville Auditorium does not have a catering kitchen, nor exclusivity with a campus caterer. All food service must adhere to University policies.

Temporary Food Facility Permits
A Temporary Food Facility Permit is required for public events where food is sold or given away.
Apply for a temporary food facility permit:
Complete and submit the online Off-Campus / Commercial Temporary Food Facility Permit Application.

INSURANCE:
University Risk Management
Premises liability coverage for non-university groups wanting to use campus facilities. All events must carry liability coverage for their event. Requirements as per the facility use agreement must be submitted 30 days prior to the first public presentation.
