The Chancellor’s Advisory Committee on the Status of Women (CSW) is committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion at UC San Diego and prioritizes diversity in recruitment and intersectionality in its work. If selected to serve as a CSW member, I am committed to attending monthly CSW meetings [2nd Tuesday, 12:30 - 2 p.m.] throughout the academic year. If selected to serve as a CSW member, I am committed to joining a CSW subcommittee that matches my skills, expertise, and/or interests. I am interested in serving as an alternate CSW member in the case that I am not selected for membership in this application cycle.
Note: Alternates may be asked to assume the term of a departing member if a vacancy occurs at any point during the upcoming Academic Year. Alternates who are not seated on the CSW during the upcoming Academic Year will need to re-apply for membership in the following application cycle. The CSW is currently considering how to improve our communication and engagement with those interested in our mission. Regardless of whether you are selected for membership, please indicate if you are interested in receiving more regular communication from the CSW.
