Triton Print & Digital Media will not issue refunds for remaining iAccess account balances, but you can transfer your iAccess account funds to your Wēpa account. You must create a Wēpa account before you can transfer your iAccess balance to it.
Please provide the full number printed on the student, employee or affiliate card, not the barcode.
Cardholders must upload a photo of their Guest Card to request a funds transfer. Requests without photos cannot be processed.
After funds are transferred to your Wēpa account, you will receive an email confirmation.
